This is the best resource I have seen on transitioning to college--and it was a stroke of genius to publish as an e-book. This is exactly how millennials prefer to read--on their devices (no Kindle needed) with convenient links to invaluable resources. Perhaps the most helpful, and an area not covered in many of the other resources I have read, is the section on adapting to learning and living in the college environment, which is especially important those first few months on campus. Topics such as how to take notes in college, meeting with professors-- even interacting with roommates, are covered in a way that is appealing to the new college student and easily digested.Product details

Moving to College What to Do What to Learn What to Pack eBook Hélène Tragos Stelian Reviews
This is a fantastic book. I loved the practical resources and step-by-step lists of things to do. The book is incredibly useful for both students and their parents! Worth the read!
This is my new "go to gift" for all new High School Graduates. Helene left no stone unturned. She provides all the links to everything you need to guarantee that your student will be prepared for the college experience ...I wish I had the resource when my oldest went to college.
When you are moving you don't want to futz around reading a novel-style book about moving. You need answers and you need them fast. That's why this book is such a useful resource. You can jump around, pick and choose. The author has combed the internet for the best answers to any question you may have during the move to college. Highly recommended.
The timing is perfect. “Moving To College” tackles the overwhelming process of getting students into their dorm in the fall when college begins. Stelian takes the stress out of the moving process and gives a detailed step-by-step list of how to complete move in day with plenty of resources.
Jodi Okun, President College Financial Aid Advisors
Helene has done a wonderful job of collecting resources for parents and their college-bound kids in her new ebook. Filled with how-to's and tips, Moving to College can provide answers to many of the questions that first-time college parents have about helping their kids get off to school. Her book is also a solid resource for students who step onto the steep learning curve of adulthood the summer before freshman year. Mary Dell Harrington (Grown and Flown)
Helene has written a great book for students and...PARENTS! As a parent whose eldest son is headed off to college, I found her lists and organization of information to be very useful and productive. At the end of a busy summer, we look at the calendar and college is two weeks away and there is a lot to do and think about. Helene's book is written in a great format that will save us lots of time and ensure that we have our bases covered. I highly recommend this book and guarantee that there will be something useful in it that you haven't thought of yet and will want to know about!
Highly recommended for all graduating seniors (and even college students). Things you never realized you should think about are covered! Very helpful book, full of handy links and references.
